'Razor Blade Babies' (the app) is a multitracking app that
allows you to mix-and-match recorded parts from two versions
of the same song.

The original song titled 'Razor Blade Baby' (which appears on
my solo CD 'PHHHP! Plus') was released in 2009, but was actually
written and recorded in 1984. As a matter of fact, it was one of
the first songs that I ever recorded. I didn't even own my own
4 track at this time. I had to wait until my oldest brother Ralph
had a gig, then I'd drive to his apartment and while he was away,
I'd fire up his Yamaha machine and record until 2:00am.
Thanks Ralph!

After releasing my first multitracking app 'Beyond Life And
Cosmic Kinetics' (which gives the user the option to combine
various recorded tracks), I though it would be cool to "remake"
a few old songs (but with current sounds/production), rewrite and
record solos, then A/B the tracks.

So basically, what the app does is let you toggle between
instruments that were recorded decades ago to instruments that
were just recently recorded.

For those of you who just want to listen to/stream/download
the remake 'Razor Blade Babies', you can check it out here...

And yes, I am currently writing and recording new songs which
will be released as multitracking apps.

BTW, you cannot just upload/import any existing song released
in stereo into the app and magically expect the stems/tracks to
separate and load up so that you have control of them. It is possible
to release other songs with this multitracking app format, but all
stems/tracks need to be separated, synced, and programmed in.

Special thanks to Karolina for the killer baby graphics!

Thanks,
Ron
